Secondary school education or equivalent
Above the age of 18
At least one solid year experience in the customer service space
Tech savvy and has an aptitude for learning about new technology and processes to bring value to the ContactPoint360 team
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
Exemplary verbal and written communications skills as you are expected to support different communication channels
Exceptional skills in accurate data entry
Strong interpersonal and independent problem-solving skills
Highly reliable-strong attendance record
Decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with customers
Ability to pass a background check – Government valid photo IDs required
Has a high level of grit to overcome challenges and obstacles with the team
Willing to service 8.5 hours as early as 6am to 2am EST, Mondays to Sundays
Responsibilities:
Develop positive member relationships that lead to high levels of loyalty and retention, through inbound and outbound initiatives
Work closely with our members in supporting them in the most professional manner from platform navigation inquiries, resolution finding, profile and listing concierge services
