The role – IT Support Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete tasks as directed and within set timeframes.
• Review system performance and investigate/report issues.
• Recommend system enhancements where identified.
• Understand and follow process control measures.
• Communicate system issues, fixes and enhancements to the broader team.
• Liaise with internal staff members to achieve efficient outcomes.
• Assist staff with reporting queries and project set-up.
• Provide training and mentoring support to new and existing employees to ensure correct processes are followed in utilising Contact Group systems.
• Other duties as directed that could reasonably be expected of a person within the role and in line with your knowledge, experience, skills and ability.

Desirable Requirements:

• Advanced Excel Skills – essential
• Experience in SQL databases
• Experience with API integration
• Understanding of data structures
• Experience with data within any ERP/JMS
• Understand / experience with Power BI & programming / scripts
