Here at CGS we are looking for interns to help in the recruitment department. You will get personalized one on one training with a recruiter here at CGS, learning the fundamentals of Recruiting and HR in the government contracting space.

Job Duties

• Work with recruiters to fill talent pool and place jobs
• Review resumes daily, matching candidates with roles that fit them best
• Regularly write and post new job opportunities
• Search job pools and recruiting portals for available jobs
• Make suggestions and share ideas on how to better find talent
• Document candidate qualifications, salary expectations, capabilities, and other details
• Assist recruiter with all administrative needs

Experience

• Must be in college
• Good communication skills
• Ability to write professionally
