Consumers Propane Hiring for Administrative Assistant Full Time

Consumers Propane/Bousquet Oil is a family owned (4th generation) company that was opened in 1919. We supply propane and oil to homes and businesses, service propane, oil, and natural gas systems and appliances. We also provide service for central air conditioning plus supply propane, gasoline, and diesel at our gas station.

This position is full time. The hours would be Mon – Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm and during the winter there will be Saturdays available (8am – 2pm). Please reply with your resume.

Job would entail assisting other employees with items below but not be limited to:

-Answering the phone and helping the customer, forwarding them to the correct person/department, or taking message if needed

-Data entry of payments, fuel deliveries, service slips, house charges for gas station

-Open mail and verify customers payments against account balance for data entry

-Filing and maintain records

-Maintain metered accounts

-Collection calls
