Medical Billing Representative

Consultex Practice Management is a growing leader in revenue cycle management for addiction treatment centers across the country.

We are looking with for a remote biller to add to our team. We specialize in substance abuse and behavioral health billing.

As a Medical Biller, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our client’s patients each day.

Requirements:

• Certification as a Medical Biller or Certification as an Medical Billing Assistant preferred or experience in lieu of certification
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Virtual work enviroment conducive to privacy.

Responsibilities:

• Perform posting charges
• Follow up on AR for denials, slow payments, or incorrect claim statuses
• Perform completion of claims to payers
• Conduct duties in a professional and timely fashion
• Submit billing data to the appropriate insurance providers
• Process claims
• Resolve denial instances
• Achieve maximum reimbursement for services provided
• Deploy, maintain and on various programs
• Do Medicare reviews
• Do Medi-Cal reviews
