My client is a forward-thinking renewable energy developer specializing in commercial and industrial (C&I) solar and battery storage solutions.

They are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team and help advance the transition to renewable energy.

Duties and responsibilities :

• Be the point person, companywide, for all inventory related matters from logistical, analytical, and accounting perspective.
• Manage inventory allocations from large purchase agreements that last for months to specific POs :
• Track hard costs and carrying costs of inventory.
• Work with Project Managers and Engineers to understand design layouts, and system size adjustments throughout engineering phase of projects.
• Work with legal and capital markets teams to properly document said allocations.
• Work internally to strategize the most effective deployment of inventory to projects in development.
• Ensure all inventory is stored correctly in warehouses and sites, and work with accounting team to reconcile inventory accounting.
• Negotiate leases with warehouses across the country based on geographical requirements of panels.
• Lead in coordination of equipment delivery to project sites between logistic companies and project managers, warehouse facilities, and equipment manufacturers.
• Work with PMs to understand project timelines and delivery lead times to coordinate the most effective delivery plan
• Assist in communication with the accounting and capital markets team on equipment financing payoffs, values, and timelines
• Track safe-harboring eligibility of certain inventory and be able to provide documentation required to substantiate

You must have :

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or similar
• Organized and pay high attention to details.
• Adaptivity to changes.
• Willing to travel.
• Able to work with various departments and be independent.
• Able to create processes within an ever-changing environment and stick to it.

Compensation : $70,000-$80,000 + Bonus
