This is a brand-new role at CTS so there is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference. We need someone who is full of ideas and innovation and happy to get involved in all areas of recruitment. You will be working across all group companies so the chance to build great stakeholder relationships and deliver an outstanding service is all there.

What will you get involved in?

• All aspects of the recruitment lifecycle
• Setting up and running placements
• Running graduate campaigns
• Creating apprentice opportunities
• Getting out and about to meet with colleges, universities and attending careers fair.
• Finding unique ways to attract talent
• Working with charitable organisations such as REN and Prince’s Trust
• And lots more!

• Knowledge of recruitment trends and methods
