As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the efficient and effective management of our organization’s supply chain operations.

You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the various aspects of logistics, including transportation, inventory management, and order processing, to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to our customers.

Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fastpaced environment will be critical to the success of our logistics operations.

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Transportation Management : a. Coordinate the movement of goods, including scheduling shipments, selecting carriers, and arranging transportation modes (e.

g., trucking, shipping, airfreight). b. Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and monitor carrier performance.

2. Inventory Control : a. Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and initiate restocking orders when necessary.

b. Implement inventory management best practices to minimize carrying costs and ensure product availability.

3. Order Processing : a. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.

b. Communicate order status to customers and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates.

4. Vendor Coordination : a. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any logistics-related issues.

b. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms and agreements
