We are looking for a motivated Construction Engineer to join our team in Chennai. This position is open to fresh graduates and those with up to 6 years of experience. The Construction Engineer will play a key role in planning and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
– **Project Planning:** Develop project plans that outline timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
– **Site Management:** Oversee construction sites, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage workers to ensure the highest quality of work.
– **Coordination:** Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure all aspects of the project align with design specifications and client requirements.
– **Problem-Solving:** Quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal delay and maintaining project integrity.
– **Reporting:** Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Expectations:
A successful Construction Engineer should have a degree in engineering or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for addressing challenges on-site. Excellent communication skills are necessary to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
