Position Summary
The Talent Development Partner is a strategic business partner that supports the creation and execution of talent strategies specific to divisional learning and development needs. In partnership with HR leadership, this role identifies learning and development needs through the execution of our integrated talent planning processes, reporting of key talent-based insights, and creation of measurable development action plans. This role is responsible to ensure development priorities directly support the key enablers of our long-term business, STZ 2030, to build a best-in-class diverse workforce and intentionally succession plan for the future.
Responsibilities
In collaboration with the HR Leadership, support the execution of Integrated Talent Planning, including talent review, succession, and capability planning
Develop a deep understanding of the division’s business strategy and work with HR Leadership to identify talent initiatives that support business objectives
Lead the analysis of talent data from Integrated Talent Planning to identify urgent and impactful talent related priorities that can be built into a development action plan
Lead the creation of development action plans that address the growth needs of talent, support leadership development, foster healthy succession planning, and enhance performance across all levels
In partnership with the University of Constellation Brands, identify the appropriate training and/or experience-based solutions that address the division’s specific development needs
Partners with Talent Acquisition to develop an acquisition strategy aligned to divisional talent needs
Consults on and facilitates 360 assessments and executive coaching engagements for leadership
In partnership with HR representatives, supports the creation and measurement of individualized development plans (IDPs) for critical role successors and/or top talent
Promotes and drives divisional engagement in University of Constellation Brands (UCB) programming
Identifies and recommends a pipeline of candidates for University of Constellation Brands leadership programs
As required, may assist with the following:
Provide direction and/or management of supporting talent analyst roles
In partnership with the University of Constellation Brands, develop content and/or strategies to bring consistent learning approaches across the division, which may include identification and onboarding of external content vendors
In partnership with HR, support the identification and build of engagement, assessment and/or onboarding initiatives specific to development priorities of the division
Present integrated talent planning deliverables and/or facilitate calibration meetings to leadership teams in collaboration with HR leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational development, instructional design, or a closely related field
8-10 years of overall experience with at least 3 years’ experience in providing strategic HR and/or learning and development consultation
Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred but not required
Strong analytical, oral and written communication, interpersonal, influencing and active listening skills
Ability to facilitate training sessions that guide participants toward achieving the desired learning outcomes
Ability to identify and define learning and development gaps, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and update program content accordingly
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and/or project within a changing environment
Strong business acumen and understanding of the impact of training on overall performance

Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
Sitting, working at desk | personal computer for extended periods of time
Primary work environment is professional corporate office
Ability to travel commercially | international travel is possible
