Consolidated Hospitality Supplies (CHS) is a leading hotel distribution company. Through our brands American Hotel Register and Amtex we serve hospitality customers across various market segments and in related verticals such as vacation rentals and education.

We have a diverse product portfolio, offering over 3,600 different SKUs within categories that include bed & bath linens, guest care amenities, housekeeping supplies, and electronics.

We are currently seeking a Seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with high level expertise in Hubspot to lead our marketing automation efforts.

This role will own the strategy and execution of targeted campaigns that promote the CHS brands. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who will make recommendations to drive sales demand and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all leads are nurtured through the purchase funnel.

A proven history of success utilizing the Hubspot platform and a deep knowledge of marketing automation principles is key.

We are looking to establish an execute, test, learn, mentality through email and social campaigns while building out performance driving workflows.

The position allows for autonomy and ownership as new processes and capabilities are developed and launched. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous conditions where answers and solutions need to be developed in real time while also having the flexibility to weigh in on campaign ideas and details.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of marketing campaigns (Design, automate, and optimize) through Hubspot, Social, and E-commerce platforms and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time with proper segmentation to maximize engagement
• Stay abreast of and recommend email marketing best practices with coding, design, and testing of email campaigns along with industry trends and competitor activities
• Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation
• Work with content team to develop campaigns to attract, acquire, and nurture qualified and targeted audiences leveraging HubSpot’s capabilities to deliver personalized and relevant experiences
• Perform data management and data integrity operations including segmentation analysis, list management, data cleansing as well as technical troubleshooting and managing future system integrations
• Ensure attribution is tracked properly through Google Analytics
• Assess program effectiveness (e.g., reach, Open Rates, CTRs, leads) and make recommendations for optimization based on performance summaries

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years experience working with Hubspot for marketing automation and email marketing
• Strong functional expertise to manage and create a variety of email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, and split tests used in an email with assistance from content team to increase lead and demand generation
• HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Automation, HubSpot Workflow Automation)
• Deep expertise in CRM & marketing automation processes including lead management, campaign management and online marketing
• Hands on experience in email campaign delivery, setup & analytics
• Excellent analytical, project management, organizational, & troubleshooting skills
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
