Job Purpose: The Customer Service and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing our company’s social media accounts and providing excellent customer service to both our OEM and ecommerce customers through various channels. This role will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Assist the Marketing Team in maintaining and growing the company’s social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints through email, chat, and social media channels
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping
• Track and on customer service metrics, including response time, satisfaction ratings, and issue resolution rates
• Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback
• Assist with other tasks as needed to support the customer service and operations teams
• Submit and maintain OEM orders and shipping schedules and updates to our OEM customers

Position requirements
Education: college preferred

Desired skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and social media management, preferably in an ecommerce environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and customer service software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
