Responsibilities:

• Review of weekly time submissions for payroll and billing, including validation that entries conform to client requirements.
• Monthly and/or weekly invoicing review and approval.
• ing to support client needs, and business development and operations needs.
• General troubleshooting and problem solving for client and personnel issues.
• Propose solutions to reoccurring problems.
• Special project and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment, including managing and prioritizing deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters and conflicting deadlines.

• Experience with Bullhorn, timekeeping systems, and Excel preferred.
