Position Summary:

Responsible for the financial planning and analysis for ConServe. This will include monthly updates to the analysis of the inventories, recoveries, revenues, future account placements, staffing needs, competitive projections and P&L analysis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assist and Prepare annual budgets

· Maintain a 5 year budget and Rolling Forecast

· Maintaining and updating Business Line Revenue models

· Verify and update revenue model recoveries on a monthly basis and analyze variances

· Prepare Monthly Revenue projections

· Timely preparation and analytics of monthly management reports and financials with variance explanations

· Quarterly forecast/re-forecast of the budgets and revenues

· Establish financial targets, evaluate budgets, providing quality control and modeling enhancements

· Other special projects that may include analyzing operational efficiencies

· Prepare and maintain the weekly projections worksheet for Monday management meeting

· Maintain Cash Flow and Balance Sheet forecast

· Review month-to-date and year-to-date results vs. budget and research variances – review findings with budget owners

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

· MBA preferred.

Skills/ Requirements:

· Three (3) years of Financial Analyst experience preferred

· Advanced Excel skills (macros, code writing, complex array formulas, etc.)

· One year of recent FP&A experience preferred

· Previous academic or work experience in statistical analysis and projection modeling

· Business Objects or similar data warehouse experience preferred

· The ability to telework.

· U.S. Citizenship or lawful Permanent Resident alien with three or more years as a permanent resident in the United States.

· Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
