Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
How you will impact the organization…
The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the full recruiting process for a wide variety of roles throughout multiple departments with primarily focus on the Product Technology Group. This role will heavily affect the continued growth of the organization.

- Owning the full cycle recruiting process for a wide variety of technical roles within the organization and occasionally non-technical roles as needed to support business growth.
- Using creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing efforts to attract and hire top talent.
- Maximizing available technology to optimize productivity, as well as, research and present new technology to support better recruiting solutions.
- Utilize data to drive decisions and spot areas of opportunity.
- Effectively manage your candidate pipeline with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
- Developing and fostering productive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Partnering with leadership and hiring teams to thoroughly understand their hiring needs, then developing strategic plans to quickly fill open roles without compromising the quality of candidates.
- Employing strategic interview techniques that support long term hiring and retention goals.
- Delivering verbal offers and negotiating offer terms.
- Maintaining a focus on equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
- Partnering with other Talent Acquisition leadership on projects as needed.

- Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S.
- Travel requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel
- Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time
- Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
- Work authorization: This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
What you will bring to the table…
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting with a focus on technical roles for a variety of seniority levels.
- 2+ years of extremely strong sourcing experience for hard to fill roles
- Existing network of technical professionals
- 1+ years of experience utilizing modern Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
- High ability to quickly and effectively navigate and maximize technical resources
- Experience upholding an inclusive and equitable hiring process.
- High agility and ability to effectively adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills including ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts to a varied audience, using a high level of diplomacy.
- Exceptional time management, organizational & prioritization skills.
- Superb attention to detail.

- Both internal recruiting and agency experience would be very valuable.

- Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S.
- Hours: Core hours are 9:00am-4:00pm Pacific Time
- Travel requirements: Up to 10% domestic travel
- Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time
- Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include [annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.]
