Energetic, self-starter needed for Account Management / customer service position in our South River, NJ Warehouse. ing to the Director of Operations, the successful candidate will be comfortable in a warehouse / office setting and in dealing with customers at the most senior level. Meticulous attention to detail is key as is the ability to work autonomously.
Strong computer skills and proficiency is MS Office required. Candidate must be comfortable and effective at communicating via e-mail and phone, understanding the needs of our customers while balancing that with the workload of our warehouse.
Full-time salaried position with some Saturdays required during the Fall months. Potential for growth. Health care and 401k plan with matching available.
Qualifications:
· Office Administration or Customer Service, 2 years (Preferred)
· Effective problem-solving skills, strong decision-making ability and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
· Must be organized and detail oriented
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook
· Strong customer service skills
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
· Respond timely and effectively to client complaints and concerns regarding account management
· Coordinate and direct warehouse team members to meet day-to-day client needs
· Develop and maintain courteous and effective working relationships with clients, vendors and other representatives of external organizations.
· Other duties as requested
