Our client has an excellent reputation for delivering projects and is in the enviable position of having a healthy orderbook. As a result they are looking to bring an ambitious and motivated Structural Engineer into their Leeds office.

You will join the design team of this leading national engineering consultancy where you will be working as part of a team carrying out structural design and analysis of building structures. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience through mentoring and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed and expand their knowledge of buildings structures design in a range of materials.

Requirements:

• MEng in civil or structural engineering,
• A Chartered engineer or making progress towards Chartership,
• A minimum of 3 years’ post graduate experience,
• Experience in the use of advanced Structural Software including Robot, Masterseries, Etabs, Tedds, CSC Fastrac Building Designer, FEM and similar suites,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to work independently to tight deadlines,
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to plan and implement project work independently,
• Innovative and creative ideas.
