Conrad Consulting Ltd Looking for Senior Structural Engineer at Edinburgh Full Time

Situated in a stunning open plan office space in central Edinburgh our client is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team.

Their current office headcount is around 30 Engineers all working on a variety of unique and interesting projects such as the botanic gardens revamp, a 5-star hotel and Spa, visitor centre/viewpoints, Student residential blocks, bespoke extensions, 4-5-unit housing developments and distilleries.

In addition to this they have various local council projects to keep them busy such as schools, nurseries, and hospitals.

AS A SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER, YOU WILL

• Carry out structural design work in all common building materials (particularly in reinforced concrete and steel)
• Attend site visits and produce progress reports
• Represent the business at various networking events
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS

• A HND minimum in Civil/Structural Engineering
• Experience working with concrete frames and steel high rises
• Proficient using Revit, AutoCAD, Civils 3D
• Technically sound engineer
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal

ON OFFER

• £40,000 – £50,000 Per Annum
• 5% pension
