Conrad Consulting Ltd Looking for Highway Engineer at Cambridge, Cambridgeshire Full Time

We are working alongside one of our key client’s, a leading multidisciplinary firm, to join them in finding an enthusiastic Highways Engineer in Cambridge on a permanent, full-time basis.

The candidate will join their experienced and talented team working on technical highway engineering designs whilst supporting the project managers and senior engineers to fulfil all stages of a project.

The successful candidate will be working on a variety of projects helping to prepare design resource estimates and using software to develop highway designs, drainage and other elements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the design of new highways and maintenance schemes and also hold a BEng or Meng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent), and IEng status.

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• IEng status
• Experience in designing highway engineering solutions to DMRB
• Capabilities in highway engineering design for maintenance and infrastructure projects
• Good communication
• Work within a BIM2 environment using Civils 3D software

The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and the confidence to challenge decisions in constructive ways whilst working with a motivated team.
