Conquer Nation Hiring for Logistics Sales Full Time

Currently, we are looking for a Logistics Sales Representative to join Conquer Nation’s Operations Team in Los Angeles, CA. The Logistics Sales Representative position is a blend of Operations, Sales, and Customer Service. The position offers a vast array of responsibilities and exposure to all aspects of transportation brokerage operations. The role ensures a high volume of customer interactions, encompassing prospecting, cold-calling, and closing deals; customer service, and account management.

Your contributions may include the following:

• Responsible for developing and expanding customers, providing customers with professional multifaceted supply chain management and global logistics and transportation solutions.
• Work closely with the CEO to help secure available equipment.
• Explore international shipping, and air services, promote the company’s competitive edge, and facilitate customers to place orders.
• Complete monthly sales target.
• Negotiate rates with carriers.
• Expand and further develop Conquer Nation’s core carrier list.
• Review and maintain all relevant information for carrier files.
• Proactively manage loads from dispatch to delivery.
• Dispatch shipments to carriers.
• Review shipment and service expectations with carriers.
• Communicate with carriers via phone calls and email.
• Other duties as assigned.

• College degree in Logistics, preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Existing book of business is a must.
• Minimum, one-year transportation experience, preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $52,733.00 – $250,000.00 per year
