About the opportunity

Based in Brisbane and reporting to the Manager of Financial Services, the Accounts Payable Officer will work alongside a team of friendly and experienced finance professionals, providing end to end accounts payable support for our Australian Business Unit.

Importantly, the Accounts Payable Officer will process invoices in a timely and accurate manner, while ensuring all procedures comply with tax, regulatory and internal controls.

Day to day, the Accounts Payable Officer will:

• Process, audit and verify a high volume of invoices
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve invoice issues
• Participate actively in the team environment
  • Engage in team meetings
  • Look for and implement opportunities to streamline the accounts payable process
