About you:
As a HR Assistant you will be responsible for providing excellent advice and support to our colleagues on a range of queries. You will need to be a sound communicator and team player, with a genuine desire for providing our colleagues with best service possible.
You will be responsible for:
Taking ownership of tasks and see them through to resolution, raising issues if timelines become compromised
Be proactive in understanding HR policy and process, and take the initiative to develop your knowledge further
Building relationships with the business and wider HR Operations team to develop a greater understanding of how your performance can impact other areas of the business
Supporting the development and administration skills of our people by sharing knowledge across the team
Working diligently to ensure tasks and processes are completed accurately and within agreed service levels
Working closely with the HR Shared Service Manager and the HR Support team to build knowledge and share best practice within the HR team and beyond
Your experience and skills will include:
Previous experience in a HR support role
A good understanding of employment and HR processes
Demonstrate strong communication, influencing and customer services skills
Experience working in a fast paced and pressured environment
Ability to prioritise your work load effectively whilst not impacting customer service
