General Summary :

Looking for a summer internship with the opportunity to engage in meetings with hiring managers of various departments and gain experience working with one of the top recruiting software systems, Greenhouse?

We have two opportunities, one is in our Tampa Headquarters for those of you who are local to Tampa, FL and the other is in our Cranberry, Twp.

PA office. The Talent Acquisition Intern provides support for the Talent Acquisition and Human Resource teams within a worldwide industry leading technology company.

This role is responsible for assisting in recruiting and onboarding of new colleagues, as well as posting positions and reviewing applications within the applicant tracking system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provides support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resource teams, with a high attention to detail
• Posts open positions to job boards
• Reviews potential candidates and conducts phone interviews
• Sources candidates via LinkedIn
• Schedules interviews with hiring managers
• Gathers feedback from managers on candidates
• Collaborates with various departments for recruiting and onboarding initiatives
• Assists with recruiting projects

Educational / Vocational / Previous Experience Recommendations :

• Requires limited knowledge of operations procedures and tools
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related field

Working Conditions :

• Hybrid (Tampa or Pittsburgh)
• 0-10% travel may be required
