Job Description

The Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing will support and advise senior marketing and creative leadership in the development of high-impact brand marketing strategies and manage the digital advertising processes that drive it. You’ll devise and execute brand marketing campaigns through all available digital marketing channels.

This highly collaborative role s to Director, Creative & Brand Marketing, and works closely with Brand Marketing and Product Marketing leads to define campaign parameters including needs-assessment, strategy formation, and production of deliverables and implementation.

The incumbent will develop campaigns related to commercialization/sales efforts, executive branding, industry thought leadership, product marketing, demand generation programs, HR/recruiting, diversity and inclusion programs, and company culture.

This role will serve as administrative lead on CRx social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.).

The management of the CRx website is directed by the Creative Team as a whole. This role will have a key function around SEO and keyword research support and page management, as well as frequent content updates like blogs, articles, videos, and other marketing campaign related assets.

What you will do:

• Administers and executes all SEM (search engine marketing), paid social media, and display/video advertising campaigns. Identifies trends and insights to optimize spend and performance. Includes ad copywriting.
• Manage and maintains ConnectiveRx’s organic social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.). Includes social media copywriting.
• Lead on website content audit and updates – analyzing for SEO. Understand large library of content and what can be used (evergreen and new). Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Measures and s performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Project management for Brand Team

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Photo and video production support as needed

What we’d like from you:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of Digital Marketing experience is required
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the healthcare industry.
• Strong background in social media management, content creation, promotions, and ad generation.
• Strong marketing copywriter (ads, social media, PR, etc.)
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database campaigns, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines and social media platforms. Must be able to identify analytics to use in audience targeting and ad reach.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMRush, etc.)
