Connections Counseling Services NW Hiring for Office Assistant/Clerical Full Time

Welcome to Connections Counseling services NW. We are currently hiring for an Office Assistant for our Federal Way location. We work with children adn individuals impacted for trauma. This position is a vital part of our team. You will be working in a positive environment with mental health therapists who have a deep passion for the work they do.

Must have clerical skills and experience, ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Must have the ability to be focused and self-disciplined.

Duties:

-Greet patients & visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner

-Schedule new & existing patient appointments

-Collect co-pays

-Call patients regarding “no shows” and past due balances.

-Verify insurance information

-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take messages and provide information.

-Maintain work area and lobby in neat and orderly manner.

-Accuracy and attention to detail in all paperwork completed.

-Respect patients’ right to privacy and confidentiality

-Scanning, filing, and other general office duties.

-Other duties as assigned to include HR and project participation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
