We are looking for a full-time motivated, customer focused agent to join inbound call center team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate looking to build their first office experience and/or develop existing skills.

Schedule: Variety of shifts including evenings (6pm-2am) and weekends

About the Role

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls for different companies (receptionist role)

· Provide excellent customer service

· Help with customer inquires

· Book appointments

· Data Entry

· Work from home

· Fluent in both English and French

· Strong communication skills with the ability to problem-solve.

· Excellent organization skills; can manage several tasks simultaneously.

Remote Office Requirements

Your work environment should be both comfortable for you, and private. Here are the requirements:
