The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for managing learning programs, stakeholder support and material development to deliver and maintain our client’s commitment to fostering a culture of belonging, learning, and continuous improvement. This position will work with various internal/external stakeholders to execute our comprehensive talent development framework, including our DEI learning plan, and support the annual performance management cycle. Creating training materials and training guides, following an instructional design process that brings together text, images, video and audio to communicate and educate staff on systems, standards and process. Strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills are critical, as is proficiency with design technology and managing Learning Management Systems.
