JOB DESCRIPTION-Property Accountant

100% Remote, M-F (8-5)

Equipment- pick up in Loop downtown; will provide laptop and monitor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage all General Ledger activity with clear understanding of revenue drivers and costs
  • Performs, monitors, and delegates duties related to the daily close, month-end close, year-end close
  • Generate monthly rent roll and rent statements
  • Assists with the preparation of other financial documents and
  • Maintains clear and concise work papers with special attention to accuracy and presentation

  • Doing a massive lease audit on all of their residential properties- pull information, make adjusting entries; tenant dealing with subsidies
