Connect Resources Global Consulting is Looking for GHG Lead Verifier Full Time

Our client is a Canadian leading firm for audit, verification and validation of Fuel Regulations such as GHG under CFR, and other management systems audit.

Job Description:

The Lead GHG Verifier performs virtual and on-site verification in Canada in accordance with the Canadian Clean Fuels (CFR) Regulation requirements. The GHG Verifier will lead the team during the verification and validation process at clients via virtual and selected on-site verification of their operations. The Lead GHG Verifier is responsible to maintain verification records and may also act as an independent reviewer for other CFR projects. This role will also assist customer care and annual accreditation audit process.

Qualification:

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in science, environmental, chemistry, engineering, or relevant discipline

· 2 years of experience with GHG verification with minimum completed 5 GHG verification projects in last 10 years

· Preferred familiarity with ISO 14064, 14065 series of Standards.

Certifications:

· Valid Canadian passport or Permanent Resident status, and driver’s license with the ability to travel in Canada

· GHG Lead Auditor (ISO 14064) certificate (preferred)

Computer Skills

· Competency in using Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Information and Communication Technologies (TEAMS, Webex, Zoom, etc.)

Travel

· Travels up to 30% of the time, domestically in Canada

· Hybrid working environment (at home office and TCT’s office)

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

· Fluent in English

· Strong, attention to detail, good observer, and accuracy

· Problem solving, planning, report writing, analytical, decision making for non-compliance findings against requirements

· Excellent verbal and written communication, and positive interpersonal skills

· Organise and good record-keeper

· Required integrity, good work ethics, and high professional standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$98,590.00 per year
