THE ROLE
The responsibilities include answering phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, assisting the sales team in preparing quotes and bids, organizing transportation and couriers, managing pick slips and invoicing. Additionally, the role involves conducting data entry for quotes and orders, administering stock returns and counts, and managing delivery and manufacturing schedules.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a relevant high school certificate. They should possess good typing skills with exceptional attention to detail as accuracy is crucial. Applicants must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Microsoft Business Central would be advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively manage a multi-phone line switchboard.
