Are you interested in a challenging role understanding and optimising the use of software to support business activity? As part of our digital transformation ambitions Connect Housing Association are looking to recruit a Software Support Analyst to join our Information Services team, acting as technical lead for software change management, responsible for the effective use of deployed software.
We are currently in the process of replacing core business applications including CRM, Housing Management, Financials and Document Management. We are also maximising the use of Microsoft 365 and fulfilling our strategic objectives of migrating to the cloud.

You will:
To be successful in this role, candidates will be educated to A level standard or equivalent and will have extensive experience of working with and providing support for complete business systems for both front and back office. Working as a technical project lead for implementation of software solutions, you’ll have excellent training experience with ability to transfer knowledge to peer groups, individuals and staff teams. You’ll have sound knowledge of Microsoft Server Architecture with an awareness and understanding of software solutions such as CRM, Financial, HR and bespoke.
A Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, with PRINCE2 or equivalent and having demonstratable experience and understanding of the social housing business sector would all be desirable, but not essential.
