Connect Hearing Hiring for Recruiter Job at Aurora, IL Full Time

We are currently accepting applications for a potential upcoming role of Recruiter. We are open to Temporary and Permanent inquiries.

The Recruiter is responsible for all facets of Connect Hearing’s recruiting cycle in order to secure top talent and become an employer of choice. This includes, but is not limited to, managing job postings and internal approvals, implementing varied sourcing strategies, developing candidate pipelines, employer branding and promoting campus and career fair recruiting strategies. The person in this role must also have an interest into developing into more HR business partner type tasks and other HR roles in the future.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Partner with HR Business Partner and hiring managers to post openings on internal and external sites and determines requirements for position (hours, location, special skill sets etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to identify qualities of ideal candidates and identify any internal talent pipeline for promotion and/or transfer within company to new position
• Run all internal talent competitions (Sr. HCP, Sr. PCC, Lab tech etc.) and working with HR Manager, Talent on internal pipeline candidates and externs
• Full execution of the candidate relationship management (candidate sourcing, phone screening, candidate presentation to managers, interviewing and interview coordination, communication with candidates and hiring managers)
• Partner with Sr. HR Business Partner on internal equity and all compensation issues
• Partner with HR management on campus and career fair recruiting strategies
• Create, maintain and diversify candidate pipeline for key positions
• Ensure data integrity in all recruitment metrics, up to date tracker as well as any ad hoc reporting required
• Monitor the job market and prepare analysis and summaries for management as needed
• Managing agencies and search firms relations, both direct hire and temporary staffing, when applicable
• Operate in compliance with all local, state and federal laws as well as Company policy and compliance standards
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred

Certifications:

• Not applicable

Industry Knowledge Required:

• Recruiting experience, required
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local HR laws as it related to recruiting, required
• HR Generalist experience, preferred
• Healthcare industry experience, preferred
• SAP/Success Factors experience, preferred
• LinkedIn and Indeed recruiting experience, preferred
