About the role
We are excited to be recruiting the role of Resourcing Advisor on a 9-month fixed term contract.
We’re a business that’s all about people, and the People Services team helps to shape the future of Connect Health and its culture. Our specialists in Resourcing, Payroll, Learning and Development, and HR Business Partnering work together to support and influence many aspects of our business and the development of our people.
Reporting in to the Head of Resourcing, this is an opportunity for you to be at the heart of bringing that to life and we need someone who is passionate and has the purpose to make a massive difference, at pace and in an ever changing environment.
As the Resourcing Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding Resourcing service to our stakeholders to ensure talent is attracted and retained. You will deliver an end to end resourcing service including advert writing, selection method design and offer management, ensuring an excellent candidate experience at every interaction.
The successful candidate will partner with the business to identify the current and future talent requirements, and manage plans to source candidates and build talent pipelines across all clinical and head office roles, being a subject matter expert on the external talent marketplace, and Connect Health as an employer of choice.
You will need to be comfortable in being the voice of the Connect Health employer brand, be at ease with proactive contacting cold and warm candidate leads, and happy at delivering against time and cost KPI’s. Ultimately finding the right talent for the future success of the business, in a timely manner, using zero to low cost methods, and delivering a top notch candidate experience at every step of the way.
We’re excited by recruitment innovation, so you’ll be working with technology such as our applicant tracking system (ATS), asynchronous video interviewing and digital referencing apps (and we’re constantly looking at the next value adding innovation to enhance the service we provide!).
Governance and compliance is really important to us as a People Services function, and you will take responsibility for all onboarding, governance, compliance and GDPR requirements for recruitment. You will ensure that our business is protected, and our people are supported and safe to practice through accurate recording, tracking and risk management.
Above all you will be passionate about Connect Health as an employer, and dedicated to the purpose that Resourcing (and HR) has a key role in the future success of the organisation.

About Connect
Connect Health was founded in 1989 by Professor Andrew Walton, who remains as the Group Executive Director. Originally a Musculoskeletal service provider operating out of the North East of England, the business has grown to become a medium sized enterprise providing a range of Community-based services to the NHS, alongside Occupational Health services to the Corporate sector.
We are continually evolving our proposition to patient care, and we’re building a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team where our clinical service provides care and expertise in chronic pain, rheumatology, and mental health alongside musculoskeletal therapy.
Within the NHS sector we deliver community services to over 10% of the population in England, commissioned by over 25 Clinical Commissioning Groups. Our growth over the last 5 years is a testament to the high quality, efficient and effective care we provide through our clinical and support colleagues. We are internationally recognised as an agent of change; driving innovation and transformation in collaboration with other NHS provider organisations that benefits our 3 stakeholders; patients, staff, and commissioners.
We pride ourselves on offering people a great place to work that encourages an environment where people can be the best version of themselves every day. Connect Health people are energetic, passionate and believe wholeheartedly in aspiring to excellence in the way we provide care at the clinical/patient interface no matter our role in the business.
It’s been a ground breaking journey for us at Connect Health so far, and our growth continues to inspire and excite us
