Connec-to-Talk, LLC Hiring for Talent Sourcer – Remote Job at Fairfield, CT Full Time

Connec-to-Talk is GROWING – we are looking for a part time (20 hours per week) Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment Team!

Remote position- applicant must be located in CT, MD or SC.

Connec-to-Talk is a privately-owned premier provider of ABA therapy anchored in 18+ years of experience with clinics located in Connecticut, Maryland, South Carolina and New York (Playmates ABA Therapy, an affiliate of Connec-to-Talk).

The Talent Sourcer is responsible for sourcing candidates for assigned positions utilizing job boards, resume searches, social media platforms and referrals while assisting in the resume review process and scheduling of interviews for various roles. Conducts preliminary interest calls and networks to create a unique passive talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the TA/Recruitment team to understand staffing needs and requirements for vacant positions and develops/implements sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles.

• Actively sources candidates via Linkedin, Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, social media platforms and other web based recruiting tools to create unique talent pipelines.

• Identifies and tracks priority candidates through employee and candidate referrals, networking, and web sourcing.

• Conducts preliminary interest calls with candidates while conveying Connec-to-Talk employer brand.

• Manages sourcing pipelines and records data related to outreach, applications, message responses and overall conversion rates.

• Assists in resume reviews and interview scheduling for assigned roles.

• Identifies alternative platforms for sourcing efforts and brings ideas to the team.

• Additional sourcing as needed through college outreach, job fairs and additional referrals.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Communication or related field
• Minimum of 1 year sourcing or recruitment support experience
• Proficiency with networking and cold calling
• Professional Social Media experience preferred
• Linkedin Recruiter/Indeed Resume experience preferred
• Previous experience in dealing with confidential material.
• Ability to travel to company clinic location(s) if needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
