Connec-to-Talk, LLC Hiring for Recruiter Job at Remote Full Time

Connec-to-Talk is looking for a Recruiter with full life cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees! This position is remote with possible travel to our CT locations.

Connec-to-Talk is a privately-owned premier provider of ABA therapy anchored in 18+ years of experience with clinics and in home clients currently located in Connecticut, Maryland, South Carolina and New York (Playmates ABA Therapy, an affiliate of Connec-to-Talk).

The Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of full-time and part-time ABA/Developmental Therapists, Registered Behavior Technicians and Case Managers for any assigned Connec-to-Talk locations and its affiliates. They will support the full life cycle recruitment process, and work in collaboration with the Senior Recruiter and Clinical Coordinators to make effective hiring decisions as well as promoting legal, fair, and consistent hiring practices. They will oversee their candidates through the interview, pre-employment and hiring process.

Qualifications –

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Communication or related field (Required)
• Minimum of 1-years recruiting experience and/or 2-years of recruitment support experience (Required)
• Proficiency with networking, cold calling, and actively recruiting (Required)
• Previous experience in dealing with confidential material (Required)
• Experience in Behavioral Health Recruiting (Preferred)
• Ability to travel to company clinic location(s) if needed (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
