The Role
The General Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales and merchandising targets. The Sales Manager effectively coaches and manages all sales management personnel for the assigned Congo DSD locations. They are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, and training of direct s. The Sales Manager will work hard, communicate well, build strong business relationships, and have a positive winning mentality.
