Reporting to Office Supervisor, the incumbent will have the primary responsibilities of:

• Finalize the processing of orders from customers by email and EDI.
• Check receipts and shipments to ensure the accuracy of information for the transfer of billing.
• Perform extras charges for billing.
• Process merchandise transfers between customers.
• Scan documents into Congebec portal as soon as the load is shipped.
• Classify documents (reception, shipping, etc.)
• Answer questions in a timely manner from internal and external clients.
• Make appointments by sending email.
• Support the operations team during absences and vacations.
• Comply with warehouse policies, procedures, standards, and regulations (OHS, BRC norms, HACCP, etc.)
• Perform other related duties.

TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a customer service environment or any related field.
• Knowledge of the food and / or transport environment (asset).
• Or equivalent work/study combination.

THIS IS AN EVENING SHIFT STARTING 1:00PM TO 9:30PM
