At Confluence, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments.

Objectives of this Role

• Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
• Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations

Responsibilities

• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Manage the onboarding
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Supervise recruiting personnel
• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources management, in business administration or relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar
