Northern Michigan manufacturer is now accepting applications for a Full Time Customer Service/Scheduling Support position. This position provides office and clerical related support to our Customer Service/Scheduling operations.
Duties will include but not limited too;
– Answering and/or distributing sales orders from email.
– Data entry
– Gathering and compiling information to be ed on
– Verifying Order Status for customers
– Miscellaneous Clerical
Skills/Competencies
– Computer skills to include; Microsoft Outlook, basic knowledge of Word and Excel. Ability to read blueprints helpful.
– Ability to work effectively with others.
– Effective time management and the ability to work independently.
– Must be able to multi-task, handle a fast pace, and deal with frequent interruptions.
– Good at problem solving.
