Summary/Objectives:
The professional assigned to this position will to the Division Director and can learn and perform a variety of roles. The Senior Sales Support Representative is a critical support role that sustains and expands current relationships with customers and buyers, as well as develops new customers, new sales strategies and facilitates product sales. In this role you will act as a liaison between all sales channels and customers and in this role, you will be responsible for identifying new programs and products that are aligned with customer’s needs. Essential Functions:
Ø Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Ø Serves as a primary contact (specific account assignment) between customers and internal departments and update database (s) accordingly.
Ø Responsible for account reconciliation including analyzing returns, fines and balancing figures.
Ø Retrieve s and supporting documentation from multiple online vendor portals (EDI, Retail Link, CRM, ACE Hardware, etc.)
Ø Create and maintain spreadsheets and s with forecast history and order breakdowns.
Ø Weekly monitors customer websites for accurate content, pricing (daily) and images.
Ø Publish new products on various web portals.
Ø Read and respond to consumer reviews and questions.
Ø Create, update and manage master database for customer pricing.
Ø Interface and collaborate daily with all levels of staff.
Ø Responsible for creating and reviewing presentations, draft general correspondences, memos, charts, tables and graphs.
Ø Create Pro Forma invoices and obtain shipping quotes for international customers. Analyze container layouts for maximum capacity to increase sales.
Ø Assisting in setting up EDI channels such as Commerce Hub and SPS Commerce.
Ø Download, review, and code orders.
Ø Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ø Worldwide Travels for tradeshows and sales meetings as needed.
Ø Make outbound sales calls to promote/sell products.
