Confidential is Looking for Customer Service Representative Full Time

Busy automotive repair business is seeking Customer Service Representative . Candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently and daily. Candidate should be an outgoing, friendly, punctual, and reliable .

Duties & Responsibilities:

– Answering multiple phone lines

– Constant communication with customers, as well as vendor partners

– Data entry

– Scheduling

– Organization and filing of paperwork

– Receiving, entering, depositing, and reconciling payments of various forms

– Keeping up with COVID-19 sanitization and safety requirements

Skills and Attributes:

– Able to work well under pressure

– Able to handle multiple tasks at once

– Must be organized

– Works well with others in a team environment, but also able to work independently

– Reliable and bondable

– Excellent communication skills required

– Computer and typing skills required

– Must be able to sit for long periods of time

– Must be able to work in a shop environment

Experience in automotive related environment is an asset
