Salary: 150K plus Bonus

The Vice President of Operations would be responsible for approximately multiple stores in the Portland area. The Vice President of Operations is responsible to for motivating and driving a culture to achieve maximum productivity and guest growth. Strong leadership, training, and support are key traits for success. Lastly, they are responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives

Required:

• Must have high volume multi unit experience
• 3+ years in a Senior Operations Management role in the restaurant industry
• Successful experience influencing all employee levels
• Experience leading and developing multi-unit managers
• Must be energetic, passionate, and driven in an entrepreneurial environment
• Experience interfacing with c-level Executives in all major functions; i.e. HR, Marketing, Finance, etc. to achieve common business goals
