Confidential Hiring for Third Party Due Diligence Consultant Sought (Remote Anywhere) Job at Remote Full Time

A nationally recognized third-party due diligence firm is seeking two additional experienced due diligence consultants to join its team. This position is initially a contractor position, and it can remain as such, or can lead to a full time position if desired by the candidate. Our firm reviews operating financial information for small to medium sized companies that are interested in selling private placement offerings into the broker dealer market. Broker dealers require third-party due diligence reports to be provided as part of their process of selecting company offerings to market to its investors. Such reports assist broker dealers in evaluating the viability of the company’s private placement offerings. Our firm will pay flat fees for work that the consultant provides, and the approximate rate of compensation is $200/hr.

Candidates MUST HAVE (1) at least 7 years of financial industry experience, (2) extensive experience reviewing company financials, (3) excellent writing skills, and (4) a master’s degree in business or similar graduate degree. The ideal candidate should also have the following experience; however, all of the following are not required:

1. Prior experience writing due diligence reports or writing any reports analyzing company financials.

2. Prior experience as a FINRA examiner is desirable.

As stated previously, this role will begin as part time contract position and can evolve to a full-time role. Please provide (1) a resume, (2) a writing sample of a document that you have written that describes your writing capability (must be more than one page long), and (3) and a short description of your current employment circumstances, including whether you are seeking merely to supplement your income or whether you are seeking a full-time position. All three (3) must be included in order to be considered.
