This positition requiries the candiate to be a subject matter expert of full employee lifecycle. This includes Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Training.
Full knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations is also a must for the position
Othe Duties Include :
- Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open positions
- Developing strategies and plans for talent acquisition
- Overseeing other HR personnel
- Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
- Promoting the company’s brand
- Incredible attention to detail
- Completing exit interviews
- HRIS system management
- Making final hiring decisions and designing competitive offer packages
- Developing programs to reward and retain top talent
Skills Include :
- Microsoft Excel, and full suite including MS Teams
- HRIS systems
