The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will have Software Tester experience and will be a member of United States Marine Corps (USMC) Tactical Software Engineering team and will be responsible for performing a full range of system testing and quality assurance tasks in support of the Tactical Software Systems being developed and integrated by the team.

• Prepare Test Plans and Reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Participates in and conducts System Operation and Verifcation Tests (SOVT), System Operability Tests (SOT), and recommends personnel for participation
• Performs software testing in support of Information Assurance Vulnerability (IAV) acceptance testing
• Participates in staf meetings, System Engineering Review Boards (ERB), technical exchange meetings, and meetings to verify system functionality with overall security architectures

Requirements:

• Ten (10) years of hands-on experience with “Task Specific Projects”, to include three (3) of the following five (5) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
• Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and/or public service (e.g., federal, state, or local) leadership in “Relevant Technical Field”
• Secret Clearance

Education:

• Relevant Education and/or Technical Training in specified subject C5ISR field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems, a plus.
