We are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our team and help us attract and retain top talent in both senior management and software engineering.

About the Role: The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition will directly to the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for leading the company’s talent acquisition efforts. This includes developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with business leaders to understand their talent needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent in senior management and software engineering
• Build and manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, and setting performance expectations
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and ensure alignment with the company’s talent acquisition strategy
• Drive the company’s employee referral program, leveraging the power of current employees to identify top talent
• Oversee the development and administration of all pre-employment assessments and background checks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor and on key talent acquisition metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement in our recruitment processes
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and incorporate these into our strategies as appropriate
• Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial outreach through to offer acceptance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years of experience managing a team of recruiters
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on senior management and software engineering recruiting
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making
• Knowledge of current HR laws and regulations related to talent acquisition
• Experience in either the financial services industry or software industry is a plus

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $170,000, commensurate with experience
