**LPN OR RN LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION!**
Work Hours: Mon-Friday 7a-3:30p
This position requires employee to develop and implement staffing solutions to comply with legal regulations and company procedures. Responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, creating work schedules and listing vacancies.
Organizational skills are vital for good staffing. Employee must have great communication skills. Problem- solving is one of the key duties is solving staffing problems by re-imaging staff teams to meet needs of company.
Positions primary goal is to ensure the company has the right people in the right positions. This also includes maintaining personnel attendance records.
Ability to maintain daily work schedule to meet the facility needs to perform skills check-offs with facility nursing personnel to adhere to facility policies and procedures.

Pay: $26.50 – $29.00 per hour
