Responsibilities · Core

• Answer 6 phone lines in a professional and kind manner, routing calls appropriately.
• Screening and forwarding calls in a positive manner.
• Greeting clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Displays courtesy and sensitivity at all times.
• Announcing clients/visitors as necessary.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including copying and emails.
• Handle all purchase orders and invoices.
• Sorting and distributing mail.
• Furnishing and maintaining Purchase Order numbers for employees and vendors.
• Assist and support in meetings and events.
• Collecting ID for new hires.
• Other responsibilities as designated/assigned.

Knowledge · Skills · Qualifications · Experience

• Must be able to communicate in a positive and polite manner.
• Prior experience as receptionist or in related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in MS Office.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments with competing deadlines.
• Maintain confidential information, internally and externally.
• Team oriented; including building relationships and collaborating internally and externally.
