Growing Independent Insurance Agency in North Phoenix is hiring for Property & Casualty Insurance Account Manager / CSR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining client satisfaction and retention which includes:

• Perform annual or semi-annual reviews of policy renewals to determine if present coverage and rates are acceptable. Present alternatives to maintain client loyalty.
• Solicit & Cross-Sell policies to round out accounts & increase loyalty of existing P&C clients
• Assist clients with policy changes/endorsements, billing questions, process payments, and provide requested documents, etc.
• It is essential to maintain excellent client records within the agency management system by documenting conversations in client portfolio, emailing confirmation to insureds and adhere to all other automation procedures established.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Property and Casualty Insurance License *
• Answer incoming calls with warm, pleasant and helpful attitude
• Brings energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude to job
• Self-Motivated
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
• Proactive in problem solving
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & Agency management system)
