Confidential Hiring for PART TIME Law Office Assistant Full Time

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• General Office Administration Duties (including: answering multi-line phones, manage/organize physical and electronic case files, calendaring deadlines and scheduling appointments, maintaining office as clean and inviting, etc.)
• Provide excellent customer service to clients on the phone and in person
• Assist with document execution with clients
• Enter attorney time and prepare monthly billing
• Provide any and all other administrative support requested by the attorneys and anticipate other tasks that may not be specifically requested

Requirements:

• Highly motivated, self-starting individual who is sharp and eager to learn. Must be gracious and friendly with the ability to work independently and to ask questions
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to understand and follow directions and thereafter replicate such task without additional instructions and constant oversight
• Ability to work under strict deadlines, multi-task and prioritize projects while maintaining accuracy
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong analytical, writing and verbal skills
• Professional dress and good hygiene a must
• Punctuality and attendance are key

Hours: Generally Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-3:00, but we could adjust for the right fit.

Start Date: Flexible
